FEATURE PROJECT - PROFESSIONAL RECORDING STUDIO
Mr & Mrs Renshaw - Bath Road, Tetbury
Mr & Mrs Renshaw were looking to build a modern recording studio and apartment out of the small outbuilding on their property. SJS started by demolishing the parts of the existing building that were dilapidated and unwanted and then set about shoring up the remaining building before adding a substantial extension.

Once the shell was complete they started the internal work including fitting a kitchen, bathroom, internal and external doors, windows and floors, and finished the job with new woodwork and decorating.

Externally they built a new patio, extensive driveway, roof tiling, drainage and sewers.

The recording studio was fitted out with professional quality sound proofing throughout

This is what 'Building WIth Care' means to SJS - we understood that this is not just another building, but the new home and working environment for the Renshaw's son.

Throughout the process SJS helped and advised on various aspects of the build - to make better use of space, to save money, to improve the environment, and to make sure that the Renshaw's were happy - but did we succeed?
